Payment We're confident that you will find MasterCard, VISA, or Discover to be the most convenient way to pay for your order. We also accept school & military purchase orders. Domestic Orders must be prepaid with credit card, check, or money order. In addition, UPS COD is available within the United States for an additional $7.50. Orders Shipped Outside the US must be prepaid with credit card, Postal Money Orders in U.S. Dollars or International bank checks in U.S. Dollars written on a correspondent US bank. We will NOT accept any checks drawn on foreign banks. No Federal or International wire transfers will be accepted for ANY order. All Import Duties, Customs Levies and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected separately in the destination country. Shipping within the Continental US We ship domestic orders via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery time is usually 7-10 days. Shipping charges within the lower 48 states are shown below: Order total up to $125 First item: $ 7.00. For each additional item on the same order, add: .50. Order total over $125 First Item: $ 8.00. For each additional item on the same order, add: .50. Due to size or weight, some items have specific shipping charges associated with them. These are usually indicated near the item. For Faster Delivery Next-day, Second-day, and 3-day delivery services are all offered by UPS within the Continental US. Charges vary depending upon size, weight and destination. Please inquire. Shipping Outside the Continental US. Shipping charges outside the lower 48 states must be quoted. Postal service is generally preferred for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International orders are shipped via airmail (Express Mail International) or UPS. Surface mail is no longer available. We have simplified shipping methods outside the US, but charges still vary depending upon the destination country, weight and value of the parcel. Upon request, we can prepare a pro-forma invoice including the shipping charges prior to shipment.Please Note: Insurance may not available to some countries. When insurance is not available, shipments are made at the customer’s risk. Returns and Damaged Goods You may return most items within three (3) days of receipt, providing you call us beforehand and receive an authorization. Refunds will be made upon receipt of unmarred and unused items. Electronics are NON-RETURNABLE once used or intalled. Most electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Call the manufacturer to get technical assistance or replacements. Strings are NON-RETURNABLE once installed. Books, sheet music, CD's, DVD's and other copyrighted material is NON-RETURNABLE. Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment, less shipping charges. For your own protection, we encourage you to insure return shipments. Please return merchandise to our street address shown on your invoice. Damaged parcels: Keep all the packing materials and contact Lemur Music immediately. Back Orders In most cases, backorders fill within 30 days. After 30 days, in-stock merchandise will be shipped. Please be advised that this includes individual strings, which may be part of a "custom set." Unless you have made a prior arrangement, backorders will cancel 60 days after the order date.
